We have had a Jura ENA 5 for many years and absolutely love it..finally died after 8000 cups of coffee! ENA 9 is just as good, very similar is size, perfect coffee. The ENA 9 I just bought blew a water line inside I think and had to return it...no problem with the return at all, Amazon is absolutely amazing...one click return, free return shipping, UPS picked it up in 2 days, I had already reordered another ENA 9 and the UPS driver picked up the bad unit and delivered the new unit at the same time. Setup takes all of 5 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that folks, that's the definition of good manufacturer and good Amazon service!!!

I carefully read the reviews before making my purchase....and I normally don't hang myself out 'this kind of money' without prior run past my husband esp since he is the coffee drinker. But, since this was a Christmas present, I took a chance.
He was absolutely stunned and both he and my son 'swear' by it......i would purchase again without batting an eye.
